We're Hiring! Looking for a Part-Time Grants Coordinator

Taylor Management Group is looking for a part-time grants coordinator who can help support our nonprofit clients across multiple projects. Work can be done remotely. Role is a contract position with flexible hours available. (Approx 10-15 hours per week).

Reporting to Principal, the grants coordinator is responsible for project management of grant proposals and grant reports to foundations and other grant-making organizations in support of a number of nonprofit clients, and working collaboratively with clients. The grants coordinator role includes conducting reporting, project management, and other admin duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of experience

  • High level of computer literacy

  • Experience in non-profit and/or program coordination is highly desirable

  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to follow directions. Writing samples are required to be submitted with this application via PDF.

  • Attend online or phone meetings, conferences, and trainings as required.

  • And such other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
